Great win for Kilmainham/Drumbaragh today Sun 27Nov11 in the Meath U21A Football Championship. It was a very competitive game throughout and some fine saves by Kilmainham/Drumbaragh goalkeeper helped stem the comeback by Walterstown in the last quarter.
This fine display helped the take the trophy and take some scalps along the way by defeating teams like Dunshaughlin along the way. Kilmainham/Drumbaragh are an amalgamated team this year an have helped to raise the standard of Under 21 football enormously this year. They will get promoted to U21 top division for next year and should make an impact there too.
