Tyrone selector Gavin Devlin is facing a proposed ban after members of the GAA's Central Competitions Controls Committee reviewed video evidence of the altercation at half-time in Sunday's Ulster Championship clash with Donegal in Ballybofey.
Referees apparently
wear ear muffs while refereeing and have such poor eyesight they do not
see players sledge an opponent.
